The new "rules of the game" in the EAEU drugs market

On 5th of December at NCE will be held a "round table" to explain the problems of the Common Market of medical devices and drugs of EAEU

Since 1st of January 2016 on the territory of the EAEU was officially launched the Common Market of medical devices, which has become the next step on the path of economic convergence.

On 16th of November  at a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council the heads of Government of EAEU "five" the endorsed a package of decisions on the launch of the Common Market of medicinal products.

In this regard, on 5th of December 2016 at the site of NCE was held a "round table" under the chairmanship of Deputy Chairman of the Board of NCE RK "Atameken" Dana Zhunusova and Acting Chairman of the Committee on control of medical and pharmaceutical activity of the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan Larissa Pak. Employees of the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan and the National Center for Expertise and Certification will present to entrepreneurs the procedure of registration and functioning of the common markets of health care products and medicines of the Union, as well as explain the peculiarities and details of their circulation.

Domestic entrepreneurs will be informed about the "new rules of the game" in the general market, thus, prepare the Kazakhstani pharmaceutical and medical markets to fruitful cooperation within the Union.

As a result of the "round table" the entire presentation and textual material will be presented on the official web-site of NCE RK "Atameken” www.palata.kz, but direct participation of domestic business will provide more detailed information from "first hand".
