Trading under the special tax regime with the use of a patent will be applied up to 2020
Mazhilis of Parliament of Kazakhstan supported the proposal of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" on postponement of limitations.
A proposal was made during the discussion of the draft law of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on issues of taxation and customs administration".
"The deputies of the Mazhilis supported it, the Government has been given a positive opinion", - said the deputy of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kostanai region Samat Sadvakassov.
Earlier, the draft law stipulated to limit the application of the special tax regime with the use of a patent for entrepreneurs engaged in trade from January 1, 2017. Thus, entrepreneurs were supposed to work under the simplified declaration or by an standard procedure. The exclusion under Article 429 of the Tax Code was relating to the scope of freight traffic, taxis, rental, repair of computers - a total of 32 types of activities.
