The director of the regional branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs Dauren Munkebaev spoke about the solution of the problem during the reporting meeting with businessmen.
He said that in 2016 the municipal enterprise "Zhitikarakommunenergo" put additional demands to owners of catering facilities, which enjoy general sanitation. These requirements include the payment for exceeding the concentration of harmful substances in waste water, and this is about 90 thousand tenge for each object. Businessmen with such conditions did not agree and turned to the branch.
"We have initiated a round table with the assistance of leadership of Municipal Utility Service, district prosecutor's office, the specialists of the Department for Regulation of Natural Monopolies, sanitary inspectors. Already in the course of the discussion it became clear that the requirements specified in the appendix to the standard contracts are illegal. As a result of the prosecutor's office has made a protest to leadership of MUS, and the monopolist refused their claims", - said Munkebaev.
The number of administrative barriers, which still excite Zhitikara businessmen, Dauren Munkebaev called the situation when one operator is required to pay a license fee for the sale of alcohol products at each shopping facility.
"Business is expanding and trying to reduce costs, but incurs additional costs in fact. In addition to the acquisition of the cash register, it is necessary to obtain a license again, which, in fact, he already has in fact", - said Munkebaev.
Since the beginning of 2016 Zhitikara branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs received 22 complaints within the line of business defense. Of these, 9 were resolved positively, nine entrepreneurs received clarifications the applicable laws and the appeal procedure.
