The campaign "Law and entrepreneur" started in the region
For a comprehensive examination of business problems and their solution, the prosecutor's office and the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs have launched the campaign "Law and the entrepreneur". Each complaint of business will be taken under special control until the complete elimination of violations.
As stated the Director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs Igor Shatsky at a press-conference at the regional office of the Service of Communications, the main task – is to protect the interests and freedom of economic activity of business - structures.
The campaign " Law and entrepreneur " in East Kazakhstan became traditional. It reveals the problems that concern entrepreneurs. Not always they have time and opportunity to reach all state bodies and to solve their problems. We also organize such meetings. We will reach to the maximum all categories of business", - said the director of RCE Igor Shatsky.
The campaign "Law and entrepreneur" promotes a comprehensive study of business problems. Initially, employees of the regional prosecutor's office and the Chamber of entrepreneurs will carry out reception at the markets and in commercial buildings throughout the region.
Starting from next week, for building of a constructive dialogue between employers and public authorities will be organized business meetings with representatives of the local executive, antitrust, law enforcement agencies, development institutions and subjects of natural monopolies, in which every entrepreneur will be able to voice its existing problems and get answers to his questions.
If we talk about the results of the campaign last year, it was attended by more than 1 thousand regional entrepreneurs. They were asked more than 800 questions. For example, in Ayagoz district were restored rights of 14 entrepreneurs from the misconduct of the district department of education, expressed in the non-payment of accounts payable in the amount of 29,322,971 tenge. As a result of the joint action, the debt has been repaid to entrepreneurs in full.
