The most reputable Kazakhstani lawyers will meet in Almaty
On 3-4th of November NCE together with the republican association "Collegium of commercial lawyers “Kazakhstan Bar Association” holds XI Annual Forum of Corporate Lawyers. Key theme is - "Legal protection of business during the period of turbulence".
Kazakhstani forum of corporate lawyers – is the main professional event of the year, which for 11 years in a row at one site collects the most respected Kazakhstani lawyers and legal experts from across the country. During the forum, experts discuss issues of legal support of business and share practical experiences.
The mission of the forum – is to promote the construction in Kazakhstan, the rule of law, improving the status of the legal profession in Kazakhstan, providing a platform for learning, discussion of current legal issues, exchange of practical experience between corporate lawyers of all sectors of the economy, as well as the establishment of bilateral dialogue between business and the state.
The forum host more than 500 delegates, including leading partners and heads of departments of the best law firms of Kazakhstan, director of the legal department of the corporate sector, senior tax professionals, judges and legal advisors.
The Forum will address the following topical issues: the upcoming changes in the legislation, the consequences for the business; internal and external legal protection of business; litigation: case-study; corporate law and corporate governance; international transactions and international trade.
Deputy Chairman of NCE RK "Atameken" Rustam Zhursunov and the director of the department of public works and monitoring of administrative barriers of NCE RK Erbol Ustemirov will deliver speeches during the session "Future changes in legislation and effective interaction with state bodies".
The master class will hold a special guest from UK Svetlana Landen, Managing Partner, CIS London & Partners LLP.
