A rural entrepreneur took advantage of state support program to open his business
In 2013, the budding entrepreneur from Mamlyut District Ruslan Ishmuratov took advantage of state support program under the program "Employment Road Map - 2020", and received a loan in the amount of 2.6 million tenge for the implementation of transportation services and bought a truck. He repaid the loan ahead of schedule, this year, though difficult for many entrepreneurs, Ruslan decided to expand his business and to re-use the support of the state.
Managers, consultants of BSC explained to Ruslan changes in the conditions of the program. He received operational advice, help in picking a package of documents necessary for obtaining a loan. Ruslan Ishmuratova was in advantage due to the fact that he repaid the previous credit early. Now Ruslan took 5 million tenge instead of 3 million tenge. For a loan the entrepreneur bought another car for transportation, arranging thus one more workplace. "Even as a child, he had a delirious dream to become a truck driver. My father worked as a truck driver all his life, he took me to work. It was my childhood dream – to drive on my own and a dream came true, - said Ruslan Ishmuratov. – I am grateful to employees of Mamlyut district branch of the Chamber of entrepreneurs for assistance in collection of documents".
