Thirteen investors from the People's Republic of China arrived to Karaganda to study the regional projects

Xi'an entrepreneurs are interested in Karaganda food products, as well as financial participation in future regional projects. The Chinese side is ready to buy prepared food products in unlimited quantities - only if it complies with international standards. Now, local enterprises, producing oil and fat products, meat, poultry, canned products, prepare commercial offers for the future partners with prices and volumes, and will soon begin the conquest of the huge market in the world.

A company from Zhanaarka District intends to attract Chinese investment for the project for the processing of leather and wool products. If the partners agree on cooperation, it will be the first company in the region in this area, and perhaps the most ambitious project in the country for processing of leather and wool.

Other company, which expects serious investments from investors of China - LLP "Trubodetal" - a company producing fittings technology, main and field pipelines, steam lines, for thermal equipment, hydroelectric power stations, oil and gas companies, objects of public utilities.

Karaganda entrepreneurs have a lot of ideas, they need investors. For example, there is a foam glass production project by a unique technology, without baking. We are talking about recycling of glass container waste and production of highly sustainable building material. The initiators of the project have already organized production, they have installed more than 200 containers every day and collect 5-6 tons of glass from which released glass blocks and foamed glass. There are perspectives for innovative technology of production of organo-mineral fertilizers.

In turn, the company Xian Chelengfeng Industrial is looking for partners who share the responsibility for the preservation of the environment and energy, to realize the project in the field of chemical pipelines.

According to the head of the delegation Gynguena Gian, deputy chairman of the Council for the Promotion of International Trade, at this stage of development of mutual relations the most promising are joint business projects in the areas of agriculture and logistics. For example, in the North-Kazakhstan region it is planned to begin construction of the plant for the production of oil in the next year. There is a need in the processing of soy products, meat and milk.

The partnership between the province of Shanxi and the Karaganda region began last year, after the mutual visits of businessmen of the two countries, between the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Karaganda region, “Xi'an Silk Road Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd” and China Council for Promotion of International trade. They have signed a cooperation agreement on development of trade relations at the end of 2015. The result of initial negotiations was the creation of LLP "JV Silk Road.City”. At the site of the online platform SilkRoad.City Kazakhstani and Chinese enterprises can promptly share relevant information with each other. Using the method online + offline, the platform provides entrepreneurs of both countries with a full service of investment and the marketing of products. The main objective of SilkRoad.City - finding investors for projects of Kazakhstan, to help Kazakh products to get to the Chinese market.

"The guests are interested in the preferences of the Special Economic Zone for the implementation of joint industrial projects. This meeting will strengthen cooperation between our regions ", - said the deputy akim Margulan Karibekov.

Gian Gynguen noted that the Chinese region is mostly interested in the import of agricultural products and a variety of minerals. And, of course, they are ready to deliver to our area any products - from household items to high-tech products. And if we will focus on the benefits and special conditions for doing business, Karaganda can even open a representative committee.
