This was stated by deputy chairman of the Board of NCE RK Murat Abenov

The participation of North-Kazakhstan region in the program "Serpіn - 2050" is no coincidence. According to Murat Abenov annual number of working-age population in the region is reduced by 1-3%. Such dynamics in the future can lead to enormous human resource starvation.

"The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs is committed now to teaching youth to the basic of entrepreneurship. Today, due to the current world economic situation, we understand that in the future, a significant part of the jobs will be created by SMEs. This is about 80%. Is youth ready? That is the main question. Therefore, the purpose of our visit is to carry out projects aimed at the establishment of colleges and universities, “commercialization centers", so that young people can apply their knowledge at jobs and receive remuneration for it", - he said,

It is preferably to start business from the second year, according to the representative of NCE. A lot of work is carried out by the Chamber in this direction now. There are special start-up projects for young people. Deputy Chairman of NCE discussed with students of several colleges of NKR questions of early professional orientation and need to engage more young people in business. During the visit, he visited three colleges and the North-Kazakhstan State University named after M.Kozybaev.
