One training in between having an idea and getting a loan
"Atameken" prepares businessmen within 5 days
Through participation in the training "Basics of business" within the program "Roadmap of employment 2020", organized by the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Zhambyl region, the students learned, who learned the basics of business, were able to develop their own business plan, as well as to become owners of certificates that will allow them to get loans for business development.
The other day the training has finished in the village of Asa of Zhambyl region. 30 students were satisfied with the work of a business coach. Now they plan to obtain loans and to start a business - this is the result of a five-day training.
"The end result of participation in the training is to develop a business plan, - says business coach Gulzat Iskakova. - During this session, participants were able to share their experiences, to expand knowledge in business. Many people have an idea on a business project, but did not take into account many factors - the financial capacity, the presence of competitors, markets, etc. After the training, the trainees admitted that many of them have completely revised their business plans, made adjustments and now know exactly what size of loan they need and for what purpose!"
Students noted the timeliness and importance of ongoing training. For example, Gauhar Kaldykulova addressed to the Zhambyl district branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs for advice on starting a business. She agreed to the proposal to take part in training courses.
"The coach clearly explains everything. Although all my life I am engaged in cattle breeding, after lectures and classes I have discovered many new things for myself. Now I plan to get a loan in the amount of 3 million tenge, to develop breeding. It is necessary to start a business, so we will be able to contribute to the development of our country", - she said.
According to chief of the department of non-financial support of entrepreneurship of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Zhambyl region Diana Tukpetovs, such training have already attended by almost 200 people from Ryskulovsk, Baizak, Zhambyl, Kordai, Merke districts and the city of Taraz.
"It is planned to train 372 people, - she said. - The five-day training takes place in two stages - from 29th of August to 3rd of September and from 5th to 9th of September. The purpose of training is to learn the basics of business and to write a business plan for their project. Upon completion students are awarded with certificates with the help of which they can obtain a loan. In addition, each participant receives a teaching material in printed and electronic form, as well as the business directory "100 projects for small business".
