Bakery complex signed a memorandum with the local executive authorities
Glubokovsk Bakery complex "Shahan Ata" is expanding its presence on the East Kazakhstan market. It creates additional outlets in Ust-Kamenogorsk and strengthens cooperation with the regional shops. The work is conducted within the framework of the memorandum, signed between the manufacturers and the executive authorities of the administrative center of East Kazakhstan region in order to saturate the market with bread and to avoid panic among population due to its recent price increase.
In early August, the price of a loaf of bread of the first grade has increased to 75-80 tenge. Last year the enterprise sold the bread of the first grade for 55 tenge in several retail outlets, retail stores, and now for 60 tenge. Now the issue of increasing the number of outlets for supplies from this manufacturer is being resolved. Today, there are 70 of them in the regional center.
Bread and other baked goods of LLP “ Shahan Ata" do not contain chemical additives, GMOs, preservatives, meets the requirements of GOST, have CT-KZ certificates of conformity.
Although the company is located in the village, there is a well established chain, all the shops and their units operate autonomously. Technologists of the bakery complex Aigul Iskhakova and Galina Gross say that they have 6 divisions: bread shop, a bakery, a "hot" - for making cakes and cookies, "puff pastry", a production unit for honey rolls, packaging unit. Bread is baked here is not in the electric, but in "coal" ovens. But the entrepreneur wants to develop production, to convert the shop. For various reasons, the bakery can afford to keep the prices of their products below market prices.
General director of "Shahan Ata" Zhanabai Tastanbekov began his work in the village Glubokoe in 1997. He started his business with the wholesale and retail trade. In connection with the increase in production and the number of employees in 2002 Zhanabai Talipovich organized LLP "Shahan Ata". He acquired Glubokovsk bakery. "In Ust-Kamenogorsk there are 3 outlet, which offer a whole range of all our products – at the markets " Zarechny", “Dos Nar" and "Zhardem". We also supply our bakery products to 70 stores of the regional center of East Kazakhstan region. Apart from Ust-Kamenogorsk, bread, biscuits, cakes of "Shahan Ata” are sold in Ridder, Serebryansk, villages Belousovka, Bukhtarma, Molodezhnoe, Sekisovka, Malaya Uba, Verkh-Uba, Altayka and other settlements", - said Zhanabai Tastanbekov.
According to the director Alexander Lysakova, they sell bread at their outlets in Ust-Kamenogorsk at the price of 60 tenge for a loaf of bread of the first grade, and for other stores on the contractual basis for 65 tenge. "In general, the pricing policy "Shahan Ata" is loyal, buyers have noted that despite the high quality of our bread, pastries are of lower price than products from other manufacturers. We believe that in September, we will expand cooperation with shops of Ust-Kamenogorsk", - said Alexander Lisakov.
It is worth noting that the company's products were awarded the title of best food products at the Regional competition-exhibition "The Best Product of Kazakhstan - 2016" and will represent the region at the national stage.
