What do entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan legalize?
Out of 100 thousand applications for legalization more than 93 thousand are for legalization of housing objects
Deputy Head of Risk Management, analysis and statistics of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan Yerlan Sagynaev told palata.kz in an exclusive interview how actively is Kazakhstan's business involved legalization.
It is reported that, as of 1st of August 2016, out of 100 thousand applications for legalization more than 93 thousand applications are for legalization of housing objects. 7000 - are the legalized commercial facilities.
As explained by the representative of the Ministry of Finance, these are production halls, shops, cafes, fitness centers, a variety of hotels, that is everything is legalized, what is used now by Kazakhstani business.
Erlan Sagynaev reported that of 100 objects legalized abroad, about 90 - are residential - apartments, villas, houses. There are eight stakes in legal entities, there are facts of legalization of securities.
As is known, the legalization period expires on 31st of December 2016. And domestic business, of course, is interested, if the fiscal authorities will start from 1st of January 2017 to cross-check the origin of legalized assets and property? Erlan Sagynaev assured that no cross-checks will be applied, state bodies do not intend to carry out any inspections.
