The former head of the Department of the Committee of Technical Regulation and Metrology conducted illegal audits
Kairat Tastemir, who headed the Department of the Committee of Technical Regulation and Metrology of Almaty region was dismissed.
In April the Council for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs suggested to inspect the work of the Department due to the numerous complaints of entrepreneurs. According to the business community, the public authority violated the procedure and requirements of inspections. Kairat Tastemir was previously disciplined for a similar violation, he was reprimanded. However, the situation has not changed. Businesswomen were dissatisfied with the actions of the Department.
The activities of the organizations "Medical Center Aymed" and "Medical Center AGC" were underrated in the 1st quarter of 2016, although the last year it was positive. After complaints of businesswomen, the audits were canceled. In this regard, at the meeting of the Council for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs the Department of the Agency for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption was suggested to monitor activities of the DCTRM and the line ministry to take measures to bring the first head of the organization to administrative responsibility.
So many complaints and appeals made a change. By the order of the acting executive secretary of the Ministry of Investment and Development Kairat Tastemir was dismissed from his post. The official headed the Department since February 2015.
