Shymkent farmer promises to supply lots apples and grapes to Kazakhstani residents at affordable prices all year round
The founder of the agro-industrial corporation LLP "Amankeldі" Nurlan Kuralov is successfully engaged in viticulture and horticulture. Thus, 160 hectares of fruit possessions of the businessman are vines, 500 hectares – apple gardens, where grow pears, plums and other gifts of nature.
"We have good harvest, volumes increase. We want to sell our products at an affordable price in Astana - fresh fruit directly from a farmer. Our advantage is that the fruits are delivered to the shelves of supermarkets just in one day after they were thwarted", - he said.
At present, the businessman with the assistance of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" has reached agreements with several hypermarkets on the supply of fruit, but they put a high margin on products. As a result, the price increases several times: for example, Chilean grapes cost 1200 tenge, so does the Shymkent one. Although the domestic selling price is much lower, but the quality is better - it is an environmentally friendly product. This is it is not stated anywhere that it is a domestic product, the consumer is not aware of it. Today NCE plans to negotiate with the trade networks so that super market allocates a shelf for the Kazakh products.
"We want to expand our market and to become more affordable for every citizen of Kazakhstan, because not everyone does shopping at hypermarkets. Our goal – is to provide customers with ecological fruit all year round at the same affordable price. We have all conditions for this, there is a fridge for 2 tons of fruit in the field", - said the farmer.
The entrepreneur's goal is to ensure that the table of every citizen of Kazakhstan is full of environment friendly domestic fruit. "We plan to organize supply of our products to every home. For example, a box of grapes and apples box - delivery is free. This is monthly supply for a family", - he said.
