Metropolitan businessmen obtained an explanation at the Chamber of entrepreneurs of Astana on how to apply the legislation in the field of public procurement of services, works and goods
At the seminar, which was dedicated to these issues, the current business coach of the company “Proficconsulting” Zhazira Tursynbai told about how to participate in public procurement through special web portals of goszakup.gov.kz and tender.sk.kz.
During the training, students together the with lecturer studied in detail the situation arising in the course of participation in public procurement, exchanged experience and tried to work on practice with state procurement web portal.
"Communication with the audience at the seminars showed that participants in the public procurement of goods, works and services in the face of the organizers and customers do not always correctly interpret and apply the rules of articles on public procurement in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Rules of procurement of "Samruk-Kazyna". Therefore, it is important to show, to teach them to correct application of legislation in this field", - said Zhazira Tursynbai.
The lecturer also told in detail about the types and methods of contracting, including in an electronic form.
The workshop was continued by the trainer and consultant for marketing and sales Serik Zhagaparov. He briefed the participants to modern marketing tools and techniques to increase sales in the companies.
"During the lecture we discussed issues such as market segmentation and brand promotion, customer identification and maintenance information: Working with CRM, sales planning and management of their performance. Hopefully, this knowledge will help our entrepreneurs to develop their businesses", - said Serik Zhagaparov.
Deputy Director of the Chamber of entrepreneurs of Astana Almat Dzhunusov stressed that improvement of the financial literacy among entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized businesses - is one of the priority tasks of the Chamber.
"Many entrepreneurs engaged in small or medium-sized businesses often operate intuitively and suffer losses, as a result they even forced to close their business. Learning the basics of business, careful application of this knowledge – is the key to the future success of any entrepreneur. It is important to understand it", - said Almat Dzhunusov.
