Polish experts shared their experience of the implementation of the health insurance system
At the site of JSC "Astana Medical University" at the initiative of NCE RK "Atameken" was held an educational seminar on medical insurance
JSC "Khimfarm" acted as the organizer of the reception of the Polish delegation and the seminar, whose investor is a Polish company "Polpharma".
The seminar was attended by heads of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republican health development center, the Republican e-health center, LLP "SK-Pharmaceuticals", associations, representatives of the expert community, the private health insurance companies and large companies - employers.
The representative of the Ministry of Health and Social Development informed the participants about the implementation of mandatory social health insurance in Kazakhstan.
In addition, the Medical University "Astana" and the Warsaw Medical University signed a protocol of intent on cooperation.
Guests from Poland spoke about the model of health insurance in Poland - the pros, cons, and lessons learned, selected health financing models in Europe: the success factors, about the system of financing of the medicaments for outpatient and inpatient treatment in Poland, pharma-economic assessment of the drug and its role in optimization of the cost of drugs, the impact model: the result of Poland, the Polish system of emergency care and more.
The Polish side has exchanged experiences with the participants in order to minimize risks in the period of formation and development of the system of mandatory social health insurance in the Republic of Kazakhstan, answered questions the participants both regarding the healthcare in Poland and the EU.
