The Chairman of the Presidium of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" paid a working visit to Akmola region, where he visited one of the dairy companies in the region - JSC "KMZ" Milk Sinegorye". According to the head of "Atameken", amalgamation will help to ensure successful development of farming. Thus, it will be possible to solve many problematic issues of farmers.
"Creation of agricultural cooperatives enable farmers to improve their efficiency. They will be able to work to increase productivity and to solve successfully problems of sales", - said Chairman of the Presidium of NCE RK "Atameken" Timur Kulibayev.
By the way, LLP "KMZ" Milk Sinegorye" produces up to 210 tons of milk, cream and so on per day. One of the advantages of the company, in addition to the high quality of products, is application of advanced technologies and proven marketing scheme.

"We expect huge support for SMEs from the Regional Map of Business Development. Those projects that were selected, we will help, to attract foreign partners. It is possible to dock domestic entrepreneurs and foreign investors, and we are waiting for your concrete proposals", - stressed Timur Kulibayev referring to Akmola businessmen.
According to the head of NCE RK, microloans is another important tool to support business.
"This is a quick and effective way to ensure the employment of people, especially in rural areas - said the Chairman of the Presidium. - You have a huge agglomeration in the form of capital, in addition, a number of tools offered by the Ministry of Social Development. I am sure that the city administration together with representative bodies will meet, seek opportunities of resource allocation in the framework of this program. This is not lost money, they will be returned. Promote your initiatives", - Timur Kulibayev addressed his appeal to local MPs.
In the course of the Regional Council, the head of "Atameken" announced priority directions of activity of the Chamber. The chief among them - is improvement of procurement and local content, promotion of employment, business development in rural areas, the regulation of export-import operations.
Timur Kulibayev also said that "we need effective, competitive producers, which should provide social support". "Unfortunately, there are regions with low productivity, where businesses exist only due to subsidies. Akmola region is historically an agricultural region, and here, as elsewhere, it is important to work out the mechanism of distribution of subsidies. In this regard, we are waiting for concrete proposals from both the akimat and the regional chamber ", - concluded the head of the Presidium of NCE RK.
In general, within the framework of development of agribusiness, Timur Kulibayev said that it is necessary to take into account regional, industry-specific. In particular, to address the issue of irrigation of agricultural land and a number of activities that will develop the entire water infrastructure in the region.
"Of course, the local executive bodies provide support, but the sources of financing of water management activities should come also from own funds of enterprises. We need strong, effective business executives", - summed Timur Kulibayev.
