Take a loan in a smart way
A rural entrepreneur for two years asked the banks to give him a loan in vain, asking to give funding for building a greenhouse
An entrepreneur from Sairam district of South Kazakhstan region Sultan Baiterekov, having mastered the cultivation of vegetables in his own small greenhouse, decided to extend it. The available 7.5 hectare greenhouse brought steady income, and in search of funding he began to go to banks and financial institutions, asking for a loan for the construction of a new greenhouse, but on 20 acres. Two years ordeals have not been successful, the entrepreneur got refusals from everywhere.
In the spring of this year he addressed the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of South Kazakhstan region, where his idea was approved. The expert of the department on escort of projects of RCE of SKR Nursultan Duysenbiev helped to collect the primary package of documents, advised to undergo express training under the program "Business Advisor", which the entrepreneur mastered successfully. The Chamber of Entrepreneurs helped Sultan to prepare a business plan. The result came soon. The business plan was approved at the microcredit organization "Yrys", which gave the entrepreneur a loan in the amount of 3 million tenge at 7 percent per annum.
"I asked for 12 million tenge. But I was told that those who apply for the first time do not get more than to pay more 3 million. You need a good credit history ", - complains S. Baiterek. He is confident that the first loan will not become lumpy. After paying it off and becoming a bona fide borrower, he will ask for more money and probably will get it next time.
The other day the thank you letter arrived to the Chamber, in which he thanked RCE of SKR.
"I would like to acknowledge that the expert Nursultan Duysembiev is very a competent and helpful staff member, he has promoted the rapid and positive decision, which was adopted by MCO "Yrys". I now know how to take a loan in an intelligent way and will give advice to everyone on this: if you want to start a business - first of all, contact the Chamber of Entrepreneurs", - stated the letter!”
