Innovative gardens in the village Arnasay
The program of agro-volunteering will facilitate cultivation of ecological products in the villages
Within the frames of the first ecological festival "Arnasay green valley" has started a program on development of agro-volunteering "Sana Aul", as a part of which inhabitants of the village Arnasay planted vegetable gardens with the introduction of green technologies.
The organizers are the Public Sana Eurasia Foundation, the Alliance of volunteers of Kazakhstan and KazATU named after S. Seyfulin. Students of the agro-technical university were the first agro-volonteers and together with us have taken the first step towards a green economy.
The program involves introduction of new technologies in private gardens of the village Arnasay, in particular, is agrotextile, hydrogel, covering material and seedlings.
Possibility of implementation of this "green" technology will greatly facilitate the backyard farming. So, agrotextile inhibits the growth of weeds and retains moisture for a long time in the land (created condensate) and hydro gel allows not to water seedlings up to seven days. All eco-materials last four to five years, which also saves money to gardeners.
Thus, today owners of gardens in Arnasay grow organic products, which will be sold in retail chains of the capital.
Today Arnasay village becomes a place of realization of small and large "green" initiatives.
In the future, the list was introduced "green" technologies for rural residents with the support of business, universities, Chamber of entrepreneurs, research centers and non-governmental organizations will be expanded, it will also expand the geography and the number agro-volunteers in our country.
