Business ombudsman of Kazakhstan – has his own website

The official website of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan has been launched. Address of the Internet portal - www.ombudsmanbiz.kz

The resource has been created in the first place, to simplify the operations of the business community in Kazakhstan. From now on, local entrepreneurs have the opportunity to send directly through the portal their ideas and suggestions to the Ombudsman to improve the business climate in the country.

The website contains all the necessary information about the activities of the Business Ombudsman, as well as regulations, governing the activities of the new Kazakhstan institute authorized to protect the rights of entrepreneurs. Through free access anyone will be able to find all the necessary information about the Buisness Ombudsman, current news in the field of business, to get information about innovations in the legislation in the sphere of business, procedure for handling appeals, forms of appeals, an agreement on cooperation with state agencies and public organizations, helpful links and much more.

Now, you can appeal directly to the Commissioner for Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan via the Internet by going to his blog, or to send your question by clicking on "Submit an appeal".

Let’s remind that on February 19, 2016 by the Decree of the Head of State, Palymbetov Bolat Abylkasymovich was appointed the Commissioner for Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.

The main tasks of the Commissioner is to protect the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs, to monitor their observation by public authorities, to interact with the business community, to participate in the formation and implementation of state policy in this area, to contribute to improvement of the business climate in the country.

According to Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Business Ombudsman is empowered: to send to the state bodies, actions (inactions) of which violated the rights of entrepreneurs, recommendations for measures to restore the violated rights, as well as recommendations to suspend the sub-legislative regulatory legal acts.
