Personnel reshuffles took place in the Government of Kazakhstan
Kuandik Valikhanovich Bishimbayev, former head of JSC "National Holding" Baiterek was appointed the Minister of National Economy of Kazakhstan.
K. Bishimbaev graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in "International Economic Relations", in 2001 - Management and Business School of the University named after George Washington (United States) under the program "Bolashak". He got a master's degree in business management. In 2002 he graduated from Taraz State University named after M. Dulati, specializing in "jurisprudence".
Askar Isabekovich Myrzakhmetov became the Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan. Prior to this appointment from August 2015 he was the first deputy chairman of the party "Nur Otan".
A.Myrzakhmetov has agricultural and economic education. Candidate of Agricultural Sciences. He headed the South Kazakhstan region for six years from March 2009 to August 2015.
Dauren Abaev will head the new Ministry of Information and Communications, for five years he held the post of press secretary - Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2001 he graduated from the Kazakh State National University named after Al-Farabi, in 2014 - Eurasian Humanitarian Institute.
