Learning about business at school
Seminar on the basics of entrepreneurship for school children of 10-11th grades were conducted by the consultants of the branch of RCE of NKR in Ualihanov district.
More than 30 senior secondary children from the schools number 1 and number 2 of Kishkenekol village participated in the seminar.
"Today, youth entrepreneurship is becoming one of the priority directions of development of small and medium business in Kazakhstan. In this context, awareness campaign about the possibilities of entrepreneurship among local youth is of outmost relevance, in particular, among graduates, as people should learn about entrepreneurship at school", - said in his speech, the director of the district branch of RCE of NKR Batyrkhan Akhmetov.
Consultants of the Business Support Center told the students in detail how can you open your own business, what skills and tools are necessary for its development, and what there are the forms of business organization.
In addition, the consultants informed students of the high schools about available programs for support of youth entrepreneurship and especially the creation of small and medium-sized businesses in rural areas.
By the way, children showed big interest to the workshop. They asked questions about possibilities of starting a business "from a scratch" and what kind of business can be profitable in rural areas.
According to consultants of the Business Support Centre, holding of such events allows students not only to determine the choice of the future profession, but also take the first steps on the way to starting own business and think about what contribution they can make to the country's development.
