Zhanbyrbay Dospaev: "New faces should come to the Parliament"

Director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs Zhanbyrbay Dospaev believes that the early dissolution of the lower chamber of the V convocation and appointment of extraordinary elections is a timely proposal. According to him, new times require new approaches. Now all the important issues must be approached responsibly, there should unanimous support to the implementation of five institutional reforms. The country in a timely manner gave an adequate response to external challenges. With regard to elections, new faces should come to Maslikhats, and it is not necessarily young people, namely new people, who think and act in a different way.
"At one time I was a member of Maslikhat in the city of Aktau, and I know that parliamentary work is complex and interesting. And elections are the most important event in the life of every citizen of Kazakhstan. The departing MPs should play the role of experts and work closely with the future MPs. Much depends on the pre-election programs. It is also important that the elections are democratic, transparent and fair and are conducted in strict compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan ", - he said.
The upcoming elections are fundamental in the new stage of development of our country, when it is necessary to obtain a new mandate of voters’ trust. The elections should contribute to the successful implementation of the tasks that have been identified in the Plan of the nation's "100 concrete steps". Because this document clearly shows that most of the activities are focused on the development of economy and business, and it is very important now, when the financial crisis is still ongoing and the business must be protected, supported and heard.
"To hold elections now - it is the best option. Now during the difficult economic times, everyone should be active, go to the polls, to decide for whom to give a vote. Voters should give preference to the most active, responsible people, who give concrete, achievable promises, they should carefully read the election programs of candidates", - said the director of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
Zhanbyrbay Sultanovich also expressed confidence that there are deputies in the Mazhilis, who will give their seats to new people and will follow the example of Serik Ospanov - our countryman.
As it was previously reported in the media, the ex-mayor of the city of Aktau, who have worked three convocations as deputy of Mazhilis Serik Ospanov Zhamekovich has no plans to participate in upcoming elections in 2016, and he said that the Parliament needs new people.
