The effectiveness of the protection results in greater confidence
Since its launch NCE RK "Atameken" received about 10,000 appeals of entrepreneurs through the line of business protection
More than 2,600 appeals were received by the central office and over 7400 appeals by the regional Chambers.
If we analyze the dynamics, that every year the number of entrepreneurs’ appeals grows. So, in 2015 NCE RK received more than 5300 appeals under the line of protection of business, of which 1080 by the headquarters of NCE RK, 4230 by the regional Chambers.
There were 4570 appeals in 2014 (1460 appeals were accumulated by the headquarters, 3110 by the regional Chambers). A year earlier, in 2013, we received 124 appeals under the protection of business (59 by the headquarters, 65 by the regional Chambers).
According to the director of the Department of Legal Protection of entrepreneurs of NCE RK Oleg Savelenko, an increase of incoming appeals within the line of business protection (in 2015 the number of appeals has increased by 16% compared with 2014 year), and the regional Chambers in 2015 received 36% more appeals than in 2014. However, in 2015 the headquarters received 26% appeals than in 2014.
"We believe this dynamics shows the growing confidence to the Regional Chambers, which is a positive result of the work of NCE RK. If in 2014 only 30% of appeals were positively resolved within the line of business protection, in 2015 it has already achieved 54%. Thus, currently, the percentage of positive appeals is 42% ", - stated the head of the department.
During its activity NCE RK received the largest number of appeals related to land and construction issues - 19%, tax issues - 13%, the procurement - 9%, disputes between subjects of private entrepreneurship - 6%.
In addition, a large volume of appeals came from the following areas:
- 4% - the financial sector;
- 4% - the relationship with the subjects of natural monopolies;
- 4% - transport issues;
- 3% - licenses and permits;
- 3% - agro-industrial complex;
- electricity and energy, regulation of trade, customs, enforcement - by 2%.
During the 2 years NCE RK protected property rights of entrepreneurs worth 22.8 billion tenge, of which 8.4 billion in 2014, 14.4 billion tenge - in 2015.
Most of the "money" were returned thanks to the work of the Chamber of entrepreneurs of the East Kazakhstan region (3.9 billion tenge), Almaty (3.8 billion tenge), Kostanai region (2.8 billion tenge), Zhambyl region (1.6 billion tenge) Aktobe region (1.2 billion tenge), Astana (1 billion tenge).
In total there were conducted 225 meetings of the Council for the Protection of the rights of entrepreneurs (26 meetings held by the Council of the headquarters, 199 meetings by the Councils of Regional Chambers).
3 meetings were held in 2013, 96 meetings in 2014 and 126 meetings in 2015.
