The Chamber of Entrepreneurs with the regional branch of the Union of Farmers of Kazakhstan unites efforts for the consolidation of farmers in order to protect their rights and interests, to promote the development and implementation of targeted programs of development and support of entrepreneurship in agriculture.

The Farmers' Union has its own of Coordinating Councils in each district, which from now on will be located at the business support centers. They will be provided with working stations, computers and office equipment. No need to hire an accountant and a lawyer. The staff of BSC will provide all non-financial support. This decision was taken at a meeting organized at the office of the regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs.

According to the chairman of Almaty regional branch of the Union of Farmers of Kazakhstan Akshabay Kerimbekov, the establishment of branches in the districts will help to solve many of the problems of farmers who need to expand in the new market environment during the crisis.

"Today, a variety of agricultural products is produced in our region, but for their greater efficiency, the good working conditions must be created at the state level, which will enhance the farming and make it more successful", - he said. Deputy Head of the Regional Department of Agriculture and the representative of the Agrarian Credit Corporation gave a detailed account to heads of farms about lending during spring sowing campaign and also responded to numerous important issues of farmers.

As you know, on 29th of October  2015 the Head of State signed a new law "On agricultural cooperatives". It provides the basis for the economic unification of various agricultural producers. The law is aimed at the implementation of the Plan of the nation - 100 concrete steps to implementation of five institutional reforms and comprehensive regulation of the agricultural cooperatives and their associations.

"The creation of cooperatives will allow domestic producers to obtain unsecured loans, subsidies and the application of a special tax regime in the implementation of manufactured products that will be competitive at the markets of the WTO and the EAEU in terms of quality of meat export from Kazakhstan", - said the director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs Lyazzat Chinkisbaeva.

In Almaty region there are more than 47 thousand legal entities engaged in agriculture. The region has the most fertile land and water resources. Agriculture is one of the main industries in the region. The work of many enterprises engaged in processing of raw materials, transportation, storage and sale of agricultural products depends on its success.
