Aktobe entrepreneurs insist on the need to remove the road sign "No Stopping"
53 businessman, working on the ground floor of the apartment building on the street 101 Strelkovaya Brigada addressed to the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Aktobe region. This request was considered by the members of the expert council, which met at the prosecutor's office of Aktobe region.
"They complained about the installation of a road sign "No Stopping" in mid-November 2015 at the crossing of Abylkayr Khan Avenue and the street of Br. Zhubanov’s. There isn’t any alternative parking in the area. Car owners are forced to park their cars yards from their homes. Because of this situation, suppliers and customers are not able to load and to unload. Customers also have no place to park their cars. Due to the current situation, a significant portion of customers and suppliers refused to cooperate with entrepreneurs, located on these streets. All this adversely affects their income. And this is not the only place in town where it is impossible to do business", - said the expert of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Aktobe region Nurlan Makhambetov.
"According to construction rules and regulations and sanitary rules and regulations, loading and unloading of goods must be carried on the main road side, so we offered to replace this sign to "No parking" and set the time period for this sign", - said the deputy director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Aktobe Region Mirlan Bisengaliev.
In the course of the expert council, it became known that the road sign "No Stopping" was replaced with "No parking", but without specifying the time of its action, as it was suggested by the experts of the Chamber.
Moreover, representatives of local executive authorities have promised that anyone entrepreneur can obtain an additional land plot for parking.
