Urgent business issues are being solved on the site of RCE with participation of Prosecutor’s Office
On the first day of January of the New Year will finally cease to operate even informal moratoriums on inspection of the business sector. Currently the checklists are being approved and the risk management system, which will be effective from the next year. In this regard, the Prosecutor's Office of EKR and the Chamber of entrepreneurs of the region held a meeting with representatives of business and regulatory bodies, thus providing a dialogue platform.
"A lot of questions and suggestions were received from the business. It is important that every entrepreneur is aware why he is being checked. For this purpose, we are working with the state bodies on the checklist", - said the director of RCE of EKR Igor Shatsky.
According to him, last year the checklists were identical both for large industrial enterprises, as well as for small businesses.
He added that the work is being done with the regional Prosecutor's Office, it is not only a tradition, but also a very effective mechanism. On the platform of RCE with participation of the Prosecutor’s Office, we do solve urgent, daily business issues.
For example, for 10 months of this year, the Council held 118 meetings in the regional prosecutor’s office, as well as in towns and districts, during which were considered problematic issues of 272 business entities. Out of the total number of issues were positively resolved more than 60%, which is higher than the previous year by 1.5 times.
On 7th of December, the Prosecutor’s Office of East Kazakhstan region in cooperation with the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of EKR started a large-scale campaign "The law and the entrepreneur".
"This event was held in the form of meetings with business entities, representatives of local executive and law enforcement bodies, regulatory bodies, development institutions and natural monopolies, which will focus on the rights of entrepreneurs", - said the head of Department for Supervision over the legality in the socio-economic field of the Prosecutor’s Office of EKR Rustam Shiderdinov.
