The concept of protection of domestic producers in the conditions of the WTO has been developed
This was announced at a press briefing at the Service of Central Communications by the Deputy Chairman of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" Nurzhan Altaev.
"On 4th of December in Astana at the exhibition center "Korme" will be presented all products, which Kazakhstan can be proud of. The exhibition will bring together more than 200 producers and government officials, representatives of national companies, which will focus on support of domestic producers, in particular the problems that exist in the public procurement of national companies", - said Nurzhan Altaev.
According to him, customers, conducting transparent and open tenders and supporting domestic producers, will be encouraged.
"We have organized online voting of bidders. Winners will be awarded with the prizes. Also this year, "Atameken" developed the concept of the protection of domestic producers in the new conditions of EAEU and the WTO, which we will present at the forum to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan ", - said Nurzhan Altaev.
Deputy Chairman of the Board also announced the creation of a national brand "Uly Dala Eli".
"The head of state said that our country has to be associated with a certain brand. For example, Japan is the Land of the Rising sun. We picked the initiative of the Leader of the nation, we want to create a single umbrella brand, along with brand Made in Kazakhstan”, - said Nurzhan Altaev.
According to him, the brand will reflect the fact that, first of all, this product is made in Kazakhstan, and second of all, that the product has quality and has been recognized in Kazakhstan.
"But before the label, we need to conduct an audit of companies, to make sure that a company indeed produces goods in Kazakhstan. Thus it should be of high quality. For example, a confectionery factory "Rahat", the airline “Air Astana”. Favorite and well-known domestic products will be labeled under the brand "Uly Dala Eli" ", - concluded Nurzhan Altaev.
