There are different types of bankrupt companies
The fiscal bodies analyze attempts of going bankrupt and often say "no!" to debtors
In the first half of 2015 in Kazakhstan there were detected 473 debtors, out of them 196 by the claims of the tax authorities. At the same time, the press service of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance said that we can observe a sharp decline of cases, compared with the statistics of previous periods, initiated by the State Revenue Committee. According to SRC, within the entire 2014 and six months of this year, the average ratio of bankrupt debtors by state claims is 41.4%.
In this case, the State Revenue Committee noted that the analytical work on the deliberate and false bankruptcy was "set to a new level".
Only in the first half of this year out of 493 bankruptcy procedures, initiated by debtors or third parties, the Departments of State Revenue (as an authorized body) disapproved the cases of 239 debtors, or is 48.5%. The main causes of failures – identification of affiliation signs, shady deals in the last 3 years, and the lack of procedural decisions on criminal cases, the existence of accounts receivable and assets sufficient to repay the debt.
