“Citybus” - the issue, which was pending for a decade was resolved
Leadership of Almaty LLP “Citybus” sent a letter of gratitude to the staff of the Department of Legal Protection of Entrepreneurs of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken"
In their letter employees of Almaty transport company thanked the Director of the Department Oleg Savelenko, Anuarbek Skakova and also the personnel of Almaty Chamber Bakhytzhan Zhumanazarov and Saltanat Lesbaeva for conscientious and professional defense of human rights.
Within ten (!) years, the company has tried to resolve the issue of an adjacent land plot with the Akimat of Almaty. All responses to the letters of the entrepreneur, contained unclear answers.
The issue was resolved only after the company appealed to the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
"For more than 10 years we have tried unsuccessfully to fight with administrative barriers of Akimat of Almaty. And only after our appeal to you in December 2014, we managed to move the issue of the adjacent land plot from the "dead" point... Finally, we received the decision of Akim of Almaty. Justice conquered after many years of the conflict. We are glad that you are promoting the development of our business, not in words but in deeds, effectively providing a comfortable support to entrepreneurs throughout the Republic, including our organization", - wrote the representatives of LLP “Citybus”.
